Welcome to our afternoon workshop to learn how to renegotiate your EU retail terms and distributor agreements.

The new EU law in force since June 1st across all EU states about vertical agreements for the first time includes specific regulations that can be included in vertical deals on fixed minimum prices and online policies. This change requires reviewing and updating all existing retail and distribution agreements.

In this afternoon's workshop, we will inform and discuss what is needed to change and strategies to inform and enforce these changes. The workshop will be held in English.
