We're currently looking for a dynamic and passionate E-commerce/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role shall support our E-commerce Manager and Marketing Team, ensuring the seamless integration of our marketing activities, events, social media and e-commerce initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to the E-commerce Manager, assisting with the implementation and optimization of online marketing strategies (Campaigns, CRM, inventory, local adaptations and market expansion).
  • Manage content updates for our website (page layout, copy + imagery production & publication in CMS).
  • Assist in Product Data entry and Quality control.
  • Assist in Performance marketing planning & production.
  • Assist in aligning ecom with newsletter and SOME .



  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to coordinate and execute overall brand marketing campaigns, photoshoots, events and social media.
  • Assist in organizing and supporting events.
  • Assist in PR and media enquiries.
  • Assist in preparing reports to improve our marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Support customer service when needed.


Who are we looking for?

  • Education within Marketing, Ecom, Social media or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing or e-commerce, preferably in a similar role.
  • Aesthetic skills, with a good ability to work with design software and photo editing tools, enhancing our marketing and e-commerce visuals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take own initiative.
  • Passionate about the outdoors and sustainability.
  • Proficient in digital tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and e-commerce platforms, which are essential for creating compelling marketing materials and managing online content effectively.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English.


Plus qualifications: 

  • You have +2 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities, preferably within B2C ecommerce in Outdoor, fashion or consumer goods.
  • You are familiar with UI & UX best practices and design tools such as Figma.
  • You have worked with Google Analytics or other measurement tools to optimize customer journeys and sales.
