The purpose for the Online Key Account Manager is to drive the commercial strategy and decisions towards product delivery flow, marketing and excellent service. Outcome should be maximization of revenue with focus on GM% with respect to the Samsøe Samsøe Brand DNA.

The idea is to give these key accounts a maximum of attention when it comes to commercial strategies and decisions to product/delivery flow to marketing and of course to service. Samsøe Samsøe’s intention is to maximize the revenue but also to execute a corporate product presentation in line with the brand DNA. In this position you will be responsible for creating and executing a joint business plan with each partner on a yearly and seasonal level, which includes all key disciplines being product, marketing and logistics.
 

KEYNOTES

  • Make turnover goals with each partner
  • Make sure product mix is constantly updated
  • Direct contact to buyers/merchandisers daily 
  • Direct Order / NOS business
  • Control visuals and delivery flow with partners
  • Marketing and product presentation
  • Business Intelligence and Reporting
  • Control stock level and work with auto-generated reorder
  • EAN and data sharing, with a good knowledge and experience with Excel
  • Report and give feedback to Head of Sales
     

PROFILE

  • Proven track record from online sales or alternative experience within buying/merchandising, increasing revenue by creating and driving business plans including short- and long-term business strategies and financial targets
  • Strong analytic ability and communicative, organizational and presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-disciplined and pro-active
  • Flexible in working hours and prepared to travel
  • Outgoing and assertive
  • Structured and organized, digital and forward thinking
  • Strong in working independently, as well as in teams
  • Confident in English
