The purpose of this role is to elevate J.Lindebergs presence across all digital consumer touchpoints with the objective to maximize our eCommerce channel by driving a sustainable and profitable growth whilst being obsessed on delivering a best in class consumer experience to support the overall J.Lindeberg strategy.

 

Title: Head of E-Com

Reports to: Chief Sales Officer

Areas of responsibility:

Responsible for developing and executing eCommerce strategies & the overarching digital DTC strategy across eCom & Retail globally.

Full P&L ownership for the eCommerce channel

Lead and develop new growth opportunities within existing or new markets

Manage the operation of our digital flagship store to secure plan and execution of our seasonal go to market plan jointly with the retail & marketing team.

Secure the day to day operation with focus on:

Sales: Conversion, Traffic, Retention, and new customer acquisition

Marketing: Brand communication & consumer experience.

Operation: End to end order fulfilment, Navigation, Design & Content

In close collaboration with Marketing ensure we have the tools & content needed.

Set up and monitor our defined KPI´s and share progress within the eCom, Retail, Marketing Organisations and the broader organisation.

Secure internal collaboration, communication and information being made across the organisation.

Manage the eCom technology roadmap in close collaboration with IT.

Cross functional work with sales, marketing, logistics, product, IT & finance.

Act as the digital sales expert to support the digital transformation and people upskilling across the organization.

 

People:

Manage the target setting and individual development plans.

Ongoing work with people upskilling & succession planning.

Leading the team by embracing our company values in the daily operation.

 

Education & Certifications:

3+ years experience in managing an eCommerce site, international experience from sporting goods &/or fashion industry preferred. 

Team Management and Multifunctional leadership is mandatory. 

Educations of relevance such as bachelor degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or Tech

 

Job Specific Technical Requirements:

Hands-on experience working with Google Analytics, Hotjar, BI tools (Qlik preferred), CRM tools (Voyado preferred)

Experience working with Shopify eCommerce platform and relevant plug-in´s & satellite applications.

Experience working as a stakeholder in technical development.

 

Internal Stakeholders: Marketing, Retail, Logistics, Finance

External Stakeholders: New and Existing suppliers linked to the eCom operation
