Digital Performance Manager

BITE is looking for a Digital Performance Manger to join the Stockholm Office full time. In this role you will oversee all performance marketing-related activities at BITE. You will be responsible for driving traffic and optimizing conversions through effective performance marketing and SEO strategies.

The role

  • Define overall performance marketing strategy in line with company growth targets and execute the strategy to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified traffic, increased brand visibility, and drive conversions.
  • Implement effective SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Optimize website and social media for SEO.
  • Responsible for Facebook Ads – Google Ads platform (search, PPC and Paid Social).
  • Measure and report on total traffic and performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assets (ROI and KPIs).
  • Monitor website analytics and provide actionable insights to improve overall performance. Utilize feedback to optimize conversion funnels, checkout processes, and overall website performance.
  • Forecast, allocate and monitor the media buy budget to improve performance daily.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.

 

Your qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in similar role in the designer or luxury e-commerce sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Fluent in English – all other languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of website development processes and technologies, including CMS platforms (Shopify) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
