Logistics- and Financial Manager
We are now looking for a Logistics- and Financial Manager to join our Stylein team. This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in Stockholm with start in January 2024.
In the role as our Logistics and Financial Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the supply chain management for Stylein's retailers. You will work closely with both our production- and warehouse team. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing all financial accounting and administrative tasks within the company.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Planning outbound delivery flows from the 3PL warehouse to Stylein's wholesale customers.
- Maintaining daily communication with our warehouse team.
- Work closely with the production team.
- Managing daily contact with Stylein's wholesale customers, including maintaining customer relationships, handling returns, processing orders, and addressing ad hoc tasks.
- Handle stock queries, resolving delivery discrepancies, and managing returns and other customer inquiries.
- Responsible for invoicing.
- Reporting to external accounting firm.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have prior experience in a similar position. We are looking for someone who is results-driven, a quick learner, accustomed to thriving in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication skills, particularly in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a structured approach to tasks are essential.
