In the role as our Logistics and Financial Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the supply chain management for Stylein's retailers. You will work closely with both our production- and warehouse team. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing all financial accounting and administrative tasks within the company.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning outbound delivery flows from the 3PL warehouse to Stylein's wholesale customers.
• Maintaining daily communication with our warehouse team.
• Work closely with the production team.
• Managing daily contact with Stylein's wholesale customers, including maintaining customer relationships, handling returns, processing orders, and addressing ad hoc tasks.
• Handle stock queries, resolving delivery discrepancies, and managing returns and other customer inquiries.
• Responsible for invoicing.
• Reporting to external accounting firm.

We are looking for someone who is results-driven, a quick learner, accustomed to thriving in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication skills, particularly in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a structured approach to tasks are essential.
