E-commerce Costumer Service Associate - Stockholm

We are looking for a Full Time Customer Service Associate to join our E-commerce team at the head office in Stockholm.
As an E-commerce Customer Service Associate you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service, across all points of contact
Handling customer questions via email and live chat in a timely and effective manner
Working closely with our warehouse and logistics partners to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Action customer returns, cancellations and refunds
Assist with the supervising and maintaining of the web-store, ensuring imagery, descriptions and content are correct
Profile
Experience in a similar E-commerce customer service role
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
Methodical approach to problem solving
Sharp attention to detail
Experience of working in a CRM system is advantageous
Fluency in English is a requirement, other languages are a plus
