Country Director for DK Company Sweden - Copenhagen & Ikast divisions
DK Company is a Danish multi-brand fashion group holding more than 24 brands to men and women. The group has three divisions places in the Danish cities Vejle, Ikast and Copenhagen. For our female brands for the divisions in Ikast and Copenhagen, Part Two, InWear, Soaked In Luxury, Saint Tropez, Kaffe, Kaffe Curve, Cream and Culture, we are looking for an experienced and committed Country Director, who will help us run our showrooms in Stockholm and Gothenburg, secure sales development, and manage sales staff and agents.
With base in Stockholm, you will be one of the driving forces in close collaboration with the Brand Country Directors.
It is crucial that you understand the fashion industry and have a sales profile. You can understand the market mechanisms in
the fashion industry and translate strategy into concrete initiatives.
You will become part of an international company, where personal initiative and commitment go hand in hand with setting
the bar high.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have experience in sales management
- You have an excellent follow-up on sales force, on budgets & prospecting
- You have knowledge of and experience with key accounts in Sweden.
- You have experience from similar job in women’s fashion
- You are used to have a busy work life with lots of travel activity
- You have average skills within outlook and excel
- You are strong in structure and communication
- You have a “hands on” personality
- You speak and understand English
THE JOB
- Daily contact and sparring with sales staff and agents on budget achievement and sales development
- Preparation of market analyses, performance, KPI etc., as well as follow-up on sales figures
- Budgeting in collaboration with the Brand Directors
- Plan and implement overall sales strategies with associated budgets
- Cooperation with selected Key Accounts, including sales and negotiation
- Trade fair participation
- Handing market feedback over to the Brand Directors
