The role
In this role, it is part of your daily tasks to develop products, source materials & suppliers, negotiate prices, make product calculations and plan deliveries. You will thus manage the entire chain from the time the product idea is submitted by the design team. You have a sustainability mindset and always seek new ways to improve our sustainable working methods to achieve our goals. You are driven, structured and take initiatives.

To be able to handle these tasks, you need to have many years of experience in purchasing and product development, preferably within activewear, and have a big interest in fabrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of production and buying experience
• Education in textile and economics
• Strong skills in calculating, budgeting and analysis
• Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fabric, fit, and finishing
• Education within Sustainability or experience within the area
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong skills in negotiation
• Strong skills in Excel / Numbers
• Experience in e-commerce and activewear

We are searching for an experienced team player who wants to be part of an exciting journey together with one of Sweden's fastest-growing brands.

The role is full-time and begins with probationary employment that turns into permanent employment after 6 months if both parties agree.

Location
It's a full-time position that is located at our office in the central part of Stockholm. We work both at the office and remotely.
