As a Store Manager in Samsøe Samsøe, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, including leading, training, and recruiting the best possible sales team. Your job will be to maximize the store's sales goals, provide an excellent level of customer service and motivate your team to do the same. At the same time, you are responsible for all administrative aspects of running a store, including scheduling shifts, budgets, using Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), general reporting, etc.
