We work with an attractive and globally relevant portfolio of licensed brands. stichd Nordics, your future employer based in Helsingborg, is responsible for sales in the Nordic region. We are a dynamic and fast-growing company, with an open and direct culture that offers you opportunities for further development.
We are now searching for an Account manager responsible for the sales of the fashion brands in the Danish & Swedish (south) markets.

Your Mission:

 Actively sell in, replenish and present new products and concepts.
Motivating, guiding and train the store staff in order to secure an optimal presentation.
Assortment plans to be up to date for best possible sell out of our products.
Acquisition of new business/customers.
Managing individual customer negotiations of the Terms and Conditions.
Responsible for own budget planning, according to the individual annual budget.
Monitoring and analyzing customer sales and turnover in order to maximize opportunities.
Working with Sales Support to service the customer in the best way possible.
Working with trade marketing to activate in store SIS, Fixturing, POS and trade fairs.
Developing customer specific marketing initiatives for different distribution channels.

 What is required?

 Commercial experience developed in the Sporting/Fashion goods or FMCG industry with a minimum of 2-3 years in a comparable position;
Education: A relevant education and training for this role is meritorious.
Willingness to travel repeatedly to our Danish and Swedish (south) customers.
Preferably you are based in Denmark or southwest Sweden.
Entrepreneurial working style with a pragmatic, empathic and problem solving approach.
An organizer with a natural capacity to plan your work efficiently based on sales results. seasonal activities, customers and prospect accounts.
A real team player who enjoys reaching the targets and is prepared to go the extra mile for the customer and for the team.
