We offer you
As a Business Controller Assortment, you work in close cooperation with the buying team in one of our areas and is together with the Brand & Assortment Manager responsible for the economic follow-up. Your tasks consist of establishing sales- and purchasing budgets, make follow-ups and conduct analysis and reports used as decision basis for future KPI's. You focus on prices, volumes, margins, and stock levels. You have an excellent ability to see the whole picture and to translate analysis to actions clearly communicated to the buying team. This is a position with a large amount of responsibility, daily challenges, and possibility to influence your own work. Welcome to us!

Your competence
We seek you who have a MSc in Economics or similar. We think that you have previous experience as a Business Controller, preferably within retail. To be successful you need to have a commercial mindset, strong communication skills and experience from working in Excel. You also need an advanced level of English and need to understand Swedish. Further you are someone who takes initiatives and get stuff done. You see solutions where others see problems and keep an eye of the details while never loosing track of the big picture. You are also used to work independently to manage your time to meet set deadlines and we believe you enjoy keeping busy and working in a high tempo. You enjoy leading others and have a positive mindset to changes. As we are on a transformational journey it is important that you are motivated by thinking i new ways and working with continuous improvements in close cooperation with others.
