With the global launch in 2019 BITE won several highly regarded prizes including Net-a-Porter’s Vanguard, Vogue Italia’s Next Green Talent’s initiative as well as and Designer of the Year Award in Sweden alongside many environmental awards and nominated as the top 5 best new brands in the world.

BITE is hiring a Sales manager for the B2B sales with a responsibility to grow the wholesale business on a global level. The successful candidate will be a brand builder who embraces the potential and positioning of BITE, while bringing appropriate contacts and experience from online, department and concept stores. You understand that sustainability combined with a strong design agenda is the only way forward and want to lead the change within the fashion industry. You are passionate about premium/Luxury fashion and are experienced within the segment.

Main responsibilities will include:
· Implement BITE distribution strategy.
· Meeting bookings and continuous sales meetings.
· Develop sell-in and sell-through programs to meet brand goals.
· Manage and develop key accounts online and physical.
· Maintain and further strengthen existing customer relations.
· Work with the Management to propose a seasonal/yearly marketing plan.
· Ensure each store meets company merchandising guidelines and staff are well trained and incentivized.
· Contribute on successful PR and Digital Marketing activities.
· Communicate with management to review sales KPI’s, marketing, market feedback and propose short and long term strategies to create greater sales volume.

Person Requirements:
· Exceptional entrepreneurial drive. Self-motivated, solution-oriented and hands-on that is willing to "roll up her/his sleeves."
· Passionate about premium/Luxury womenswear fashion and highly knowledgeable within the segment.
· Strong connections to buyer representatives in premium distribution.
· Excellent communicator with a high level of autonomy and outstanding financial acumen.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Able to direct an integrated retail marketing effort to support the sell-in and sell-thru objectives.
· A strong team player with a positive outlook, happy to help out where is needed.
· Quality-centric with great attention to details.
