The Role

We are a multichannel operator with well-developed and highly successful retail, ecommerce, wholesale and franchise businesses and customers in virtually every country in the world. We are well on our way to achieving our goal of becoming a global digital brand.

We are looking for a determined, open minded, proactive Sales Executive for Sweden to develop and manage wholesale business relationships.

You will drive sales and profitability through strong relationship management and product understanding, whilst managing agreed seasonal/yearly sales budgets.

 You will

Consider each client’s requirements for our Womenswear collection products, trends and location to optimize sales potential. Be flexible in order to take on dual gender accounts in future.

Develop a good understanding of the collection prior to and during setting-up showrooms for each new season.

Provide comprehensive feedback at the end of the selling season in order to enhance the design process.

Proactively promote the product and lead buyers toward important categories.

Conduct presentations and buy meetings for buyers of your allocated accounts and potential new accounts.

Organise buying appointments, meetings and timescales, as well as the wholesale showroom in Stockholm by arranging sample delivery, set up and managing previous season pack down.

Analyse orders to ensure they are reaching budget by considering options, product category mix and bestselling key looks styles.

Develop and maintain good client relationships through regular contact, present product overview information to relevant new potentials, to give an understanding of the brand and the direction.

Visit stores when appropriate, inspiring and training store staff as needed, explaining.

Maintain a professional and appropriate working showroom environment to match brand standards
Drive business out of season with strategic prospecting across agreed territory.

Build a correct and high profile distribution, which goes in line with the communicated vision of Superdry.


You are

Branded experience in sales role within wholesale, preferably within a relevant brand or fashion retailer
Strong womenswear background is preferred.

Flexibility to be able to sell dual gender in future.  Understanding of B2B customer environment is advantageous.

Excellent cross cultural relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.

Be passionate about operations, process improvement and have relentless attention to detail.

Ability to develop and maintain senior level relationships and provide direction and influence at that level.

Strong analytical capabilities and good commercial instinct.

Confident presenting at all levels.

Excellent business level English, both written and verbal.

Experienced using MS Excel/Word.

Willingness to travel across Sweden and if required internationally.
