Sales and Office Coordinator, Stockholm

This full-time position is a temporary maternity leave substitution until January/February 2022. You will report to the Wholesale Manager, Scandinavia.

Your primary role will be to support Scandinavia sales team with back-office sale & customer support as well as to take care of general day-to-day operations in our showroom/office. We prefer an individual who is able to work efficiently with various systems and has proficiency in excel. The position requires multitasking with a range of tasks from complex to very basic and excellent communication skills.

Main responsibilities:
* Manage customer replenishment orders, product files, image downloads and dispatch info for key accounts
* Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, claims, deliveries and customer account statements for Scandinavia
* General office maintenance such as ordering office supplies, internal materials and being the contact person for our external suppliers
* Responsible for showroom samples and inventory count

Requirements:
* Experience from similar role, preferably from the fashion or interior segment
* Experience with e-tailers, chains and department stores
* Strong skills in PC programs and knowledge of order management systems and CRM
* Strong communication skills and language fluency in Swedish and English
* Self-motivated with ability to plan and work independently
* Flexible with a positive attitude and attention for details
* A result driven team player
