Job Description:
In this position you’ll be hands and responsible for your markets and report directly to our CEO. You’ll be part of our Sales Management Team and take part in overall strategic brand decisions.

From day one you’ll be handling all clients in your market and be end responsible for executing market strategy and sales.

We are an organization with low hierarchy, and it’s expected that responsibility and ownership is taken. You will work closely with passionate colleagues in Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Germany. 

Key Activities:
- Strategy
* Starting with the conversion of strategy to execution. For example, our customer segmentation.
* Business Development for new and existing customers.
* Responsible for development of the countries.
* Visualizing and implantation of our NOOS program and seasonal collections across product groups.

- Sales
* Customer training / training of shops (educate about the brand and the story behind it).
* Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures.
* Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the brand.
* Develop 1-5 years plans and “Go to market” strategy
* Responsible key-accounts.

- Collection concept
* Participate with input on collection concepts.
* Segmentation and differencing according to market developments and customer requirements.
* Collections curation and input for development of product by price mix.
* Identifying gaps and excess products with in the collections.

- Marketing
* Translate learnings and strategy to marketing manager.
* Active role in on marketing campaigns and sales promotions, and work closely with our Marketing Manager to ensure market support.

Desired skills & expertise:
* You have at least 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
* You have worked in an international environment, and fluent in Swedish and have strong communication skills in English
* You work well with ad hoc tasks and enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems.

Mandatory Requirements:
* You are of EU nationality – preferable Swedish native.
* You live in Sweden.
