The Digital Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator will work with the Director of Marketing and creative marketing with the main responsibility for raising engagement through digital and social channels as well as overseeing the bitestudios.com site.

Digital Marketing tasks:
* Create and manage the social content calendar and work collaboratively to align it with the marketing strategy.
* Work closely together with in House Digital Visual Merchandiser and CD in receiving relevant weekly material and then execute stories/posts (1-2 per day) that resonate with current and potential followers.
* Work closely together with in house DVM to collect relevant monthly material and then execute newsletter send outs (1 per week).
* Research competitor social strategies.
* Send weekly dashboard to the team highlighting previous weeks’ activity (i.e. most liked/shared posts, most comments, increase in followers on all channels, etc.).
* Analyze campaigns and anecdotal / qualitative data.
* Using analytics and key metrics in order to shape strategy.
* Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
* Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaign.
* Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

E-commerce tasks:
* Site management; responsibilities to include: updating , overseeing of timely product uploads, testing of website functionality.
* Creation and analysis of trade reporting of key statistics, trends and sales on a weekly & monthly basis.
* Work with freelance copy-writer to develop product descriptions and general text for website.
* Work closely together with in House Digital Visual Merchandiser and CD in the organisation of product shoots / Logistics /  scheduling / styling /  file handling / naming / uploads.
* Maximize sales and increase profit across the site and marketplaces. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Lead in resolving any site and marketplace issues.

* Completed degree in digital marketing strategy or equivalent.
* 1 years of experience in a social and digital media role, ideally at a fashion label or equivalent.
* Strategic thinker that is able to conceptualize a strategy to support overall goals.
* Social / digital media savvy and strong knowledge of platform specific strategies and success metrics.
* Strong knowledge and ability to stay abreast of key industry and social media trends, platforms, tools and emerging technologies.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with others.
* Strong organization, project management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and attention to detail.
* Strong qualitative and analytical skills.
* Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology, third party market research tools and google analytics.
