The area sales manager will be responsible for growing and expanding Miinto’s presence in Sweden significantly by signing new boutiques with Miinto as well as inventing new ways of doing business via new or existing partners. What you’ll do
* Consistently meet or exceed sales goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met
* Spend up to 80% of your time on the road for in-person meetings with customers and partners in Sweden
* Attend industry events to generate sales leads
* Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Miinto’s industry, trends, and competitors
* Partner with various teams across sales/customer care, marketing, business intelligence, category management, and executive leadership to deliver solutions to clients
* Ensure all Miinto’s sales initiatives and actions are aligned with Miinto’s global mission, strategic objectives and values 

You live in the metropolitan areas of Malmö or Gothenburg, and you are expected to spend about 80% of the work time on the road visiting customers, and the remaining part of your time in the office in Copenhagen.

What we’re looking for
An excellent communicator who is highly motivated, passionate, and driven by the challenges of increasing sales, and meeting/exceeding goals and objectives and keeping the clients happy. You have relevant experience from the fashion industry in Sweden, and at least 2 years of demonstrated success and consistently exceeding your quota. Furthermore, ideal candidates possess:
* Experience in a SaaS, B2B, retail or wholesale organization a plus
* Self-starter and an entrepreneurial spirit
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* Existing contacts/relationships in the wholesale fashion industry
* Fluency in Swedish as well as, good knowledge of English
