HR Coordinator with recruitment focus

At Looklet we challenge traditional photography, combining technology with fashion and photography. We are a B2B company with world-leading high-end fashion e-commerce retailers as our clients. We are now looking for a passionate and energetic person to join our HR team. The role of HR Coordinator is broad, but your main focus will be within recruitment and employer branding. We believe the HR Coordinator’s mission is to:

1. Take part in the recruitment process, and help professionalize it on all levels – making sure we create the best candidate experience possible.

- Review current recruitment and onboarding processes, develop solutions to professionalize recruitment together with the HR Director
- Create job ads that attract the right candidates whilst spreading the word by identifying and managing suitable recruitment channels for different departments and positions (mostly within the tech area)
- Support the selection process carried out by the departments
- Conduct interviews, take references and make candidate evaluations together with the recruiting manager
- Train and support new managers / employees within the recruitment area
- Make sure that each new Lookleteer gets an excellent start on their new mission by improving our current on-boarding process


2. Help review, define and implement Looklet Employer branding initiatives

- Develop Employer branding campaigns and work actively with them
- Develop concepts and update content for our career site and for our online and social media presence
- Book, organize and attend recruitment and brand awareness events in order to ensure a good buzz around Looklet as an employer on the Stockholm tech map
- Analyze long-term and mid-term workforce needs to identify target groups for internal talent management initiatives tog­ether with HR Director
- Uti­­­lize employee value proposition, internal job market and career paths to create an empowered learning and development culture
- You will get to create the desired perception of Looklet’s unique and rewarding employment experience and cultivate meaningful relationships with talents


3. Assist on other HR-topics carried out by the HR department or the executive Management team

- Provide decision support through HR perspective and metrics
- Suggest and drive ideas to improve the working environment in terms of productivity, retention, health, well-being, and fun
- Development and implementation of various policies and plans
- Support and document performance and development process
- Help maintain records of personnel-related data
Your Profile

- At least 2-3 years of work experience from recruitment and employer branding
- You know key HR processes and best practices
- You have an entrepreneurial approach to obstacles
- You know your way around the Office package
- You have a professional mind-set and can easily connect with people
- You can easily switch between English and Swedish, both orally and written
- You stay updated on trends and continuously evaluate new tools and ways of thinking in relation to employer branding
- Tech / startup background is preferred
