Our World leading luxury Maisons in Jewelry and Watches - Cartier, is searching for talented professionals to join our new boutique in Stockholm, Cartier is looking for a passionate and highly professional Sales Associate.

Key responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you are the ambassador of Cartier and you ensure a unique and great client experience by giving professional and customer made advice and service to our customers about our products, not only during a sale but also after a sale. Apart from your daily tasks in the boutique, your also continuously and pro-actively develop your client portfolio and maintain a good relationship.

 1. Sales Achievements
- Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale
- Perfectly master the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop
- You are flexible and adaptive towards clients’ needs and motivations
- You always strive to improve and surprise the clients
- Deal with ease during negotiations and objections
- Transmit the passion and values of the Maison
- Act as the privileged contact for the client(s) in case of Care Service
- Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative

 2. Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
- You cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty
- Efficiently develop the client portfolio
- Execute targeted CRM actions
- You participate at client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison

 3. Daily Boutique Operations
- Respect all group, Maison and boutique policies and procedures
- You are involved in inventories
- Participate in the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
- Assist in implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Assists with special projects when requested

 Your profile
- You have strong interpersonal & communication skills in English, Swedish and one of the following languages; Chinese (Mandarin)  or Russian
- You acquired excellent commercial / sales skills and product knowledge
- You have a strong service and client focus / orientation & network
- You have team spirit and are a team player
- You are always open to learn and develop further - You can multitask & have a flexible mindset
- You have completed vocational commercial education or higher
- Min. 2-3 years successful working experience in a Sales Associate role in the Luxury Retail Industry (experience with Watches & Jewelry is a plus).
