Who are you?
As a Section Head at Divided you are a natural leader who are confident in influencing and engaging others. You enjoy coaching teams and you will be responsible for building a well-coordinated assortment. As a successful Section Head you are result oriented, you always seek opportunities and have a strong logical and strategic approach. You have a drive to always find innovative ways to increase selling and profitability with the customer in focus. You enjoy working with new business opportunities, you see the overall picture and have constantly our customer’s perspective in mind.

The Section Head will be responsible for actively leading great teams in all channels – this means to motivate, develop, clarify expectations, identify talent and work with competence development. You have a staff responsibility of approximately 25 people and you are responsible to ensure the best method, the best organization and of course the best product.

Professional experience
* Degree in business or other relevant field
* Several years working within retail/FMCG
* At least 5 years leadership experience
* A result oriented background with a strong track record
* International experience meriting
* Experience from setting and developing assortments
* Fluency in English required – Swedish not mandatory

Personal competencies:
* A positive mindset, always seeing possibilities, improvements and simple solutions
* A team playing spirit with and a natural leader
* A result orientation and a strong commercial approach
* A great interest in fashion and in building a modern assortment with best product in mind
