H&M New business group currently consists of seven separate brands: COS, & Other Stories, Monki, WEEKDAY, Cheap Monday and H&M Home.

Our brands are facing rapid expansion and on top of this we are also actively working with various development projects to add new businesses to the New Business portfolio. Are you willing to be a key player for one of the most challenging projects ever made within the group?

We are looking for
* A well experienced Visual Merchandiser with a high drive and passion for fashion who is goal driven and ready for a new project within New Business.
* You are creative and motivated by implementing / translating overall VM strategies into actual reality in our stores.
* You have been responsible for opening large stores, with great results.
* You have also worked with developing people and find this to be one of the most fun and important parts of the job.
* You are interested in the future development of retail and the contemporary driving forces influencing customer behavior.

Overall role
As part of a new team developing a new retail concept you will be a key player in your role as Visual Merchandiser (opening and education resp). You will work in close collaboration to other team members such as Visual merchandisers, Store managers, Architect, Interior Designer and other functions such as Marketing, Sales and Digital Sales and Digital Visual Merchandising. Your results will have a great impact and you can really make a difference!

Main responsibilities
* Responsible of plan and opening x number of stores from a VM perspective.
* Set opening wow, strategies and way of working for in store VM-staff
* Be part of finding new talents and P12 “next me” stars.
* Set visual education material
* Educate store-visuals and plan their on-boarding time.
* Follow up and plan store-visuals P12 development together with them
* Be part of continuously drive the development of Visual Merchandising for a new physical store concept.
* Be part of store concept development tests and evaluations from a Visual Merchandising perspective.

To be successful in this role you
* Have broad experience as a Visual Merchandiser, a minimum of 5 years.
* You are creative and innovative within all parts of the Visual Merchandising responsibilities.
* Have strong presentation and styling skills and a passionate interest for fashion and retail.
* Worked with store openings successfully
* Worked with people development
* Able to travel.
* Have strong communication skills, fluent English is a must
* Know Photoshop, Adobe CS and Power point skills.
