Bellerose digitizes its supply chain with e-SCM and gains efficiency

Bellerose has successfully digitized its inbound supply chain with the e-SCM platform, replacing an outdated in-house system and reducing reliance on manual processes, emails, and spreadsheets. Two years after implementation, the company reports significant gains in efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across suppliers and logistics partners.

Facing increasing manual processes, limited visibility over deliveries, and an outdated in-house tool, Bellerose decided to take a major step by digitising its supply chain with the e-SCM solution.
Two years after implementation, the results are clear: the impact has been significant. The Bellerose teams have gained efficiency and peace of mind in managing supplier flows, fundamentally transforming the way they collaborate.

A need for transformation

Until recently, Bellerose relied on an internally developed Access database to manage its production flows. While functional, this system had reached its limits: time-consuming manual tasks, lack of delivery visibility, exchanges scattered across emails and Excel files, and heavy IT maintenance. As the brand continued to grow, it needed a more robust and secure solution, connected to the rest of the information system, in particular the Orli ERP.

Key objectives

To succeed in this transformation, Bellerose defined clear priorities:

  • Reduce manual data entry
  • Automate system-to-system exchanges
  • Improve data reliability and secure access
  • Provide real-time visibility on deliveries and quantities
  • Choosing an inbound supply chain platform

The e-SCM solution emerged as the natural choice thanks to its expertise in the fashion sector and its integration capabilities. Implementation involved the Operations, Production, and IT teams through configuration workshops, testing phases, and a structured training plan. Bellerose also supported its suppliers and its logistics partner Bleckmann in adopting the platform, strengthening collaboration across the entire ecosystem.

Tangible benefits after two years

Two years after go-live, the improvements are measurable:

  • Better visibility of deliveries and quantities
  • Easier anticipation of delays
  • Fewer scattered exchanges via emails and Excel files
  • Stronger traceability of supplier actions
  • Consolidation of orders to optimise transport costs

Today, with e-SCM, our teams can focus on what really matters: monitoring delivery dates and quantities, and anticipating potential delays,” says Claude Ampe, Operations Director at Bellerose.

A structuring step for fashion supply chains

With this project, Bellerose has taken a decisive step in the digitalisation of its supply chain. The tool has proven to be a structuring asset, well aligned with the needs of a fast-growing mid-sized company. The Bellerose case shows how the success of such a project depends not only on the technical robustness of the solution, but also on the quality of human support throughout the process.
