Are you ready for a new challenge, where you will make a big difference? Then you might be the Sales Manager we are looking for to join our team in a stimulating start up environment.
H&M New business group currently consist of six separate brands: COS, & Other Stories, Monki, WEEKDAY, Cheap Monday and H&M Home. Our brands are facing rapid expansion and on top of this we are also actively working with various development projects to add new businesses to the New Business portfolio. We are looking for a key player for one of the most challenging projects ever made within the group.

Overall role
As part of a team developing, launching and expanding a new Multichannel Concept you will be a key player in your role as Sales Manager. You will work in close collaboration with team members such as Key Account Managers, Buyers, Customer Care and cross functionally with functions such as for example Marketing, Social Media, Analytics & PR.

The candidate should have demonstrable experience in establishing, cultivating and maintaining relationships with leadership level contacts. We need self-motivated, entrepreneurial, high energy, sales professionals that can think strategically without losing sight on the details that makes the difference, are comfortable with conceptual & solution selling, and can create momentum within organizations. Important that candidate can identify him-/herself with the H&M group Values and enjoys being part of a team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY will be but are not limited to:

Sales and Account Management:
Constantly deliver on Sales targets/budgets and deliver superior Partner Service excellence.
Problem Solving & Analysis: Develop hypotheses and identifies data to evaluate based on partner needs. Reviews and validates analyses, develops options/alternatives and creates insightful recommendations in context of total engagement. Strong innovative mindset. Contribute to constant improvement of our Value Proposition towards partners
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, listening ability and presentation skills. Ability to deal with change/ambiguity and present/discuss work results in a compelling manner. Distills complex subjects into key messages for team members and partners
Relationship Management: Understands Partner’s organization and dynamics. Builds strong working relationships with all Key stakeholders.


Manage a Selection Process:
Recruit, On-board and provide continuous support to most suitable partners. Initiate Collaborations based on Assortment Strategy and market trends
Project Management and Support:
Be active in developing business ideas cross functionally into concrete plans and follow thru to secure that we are one step ahead of the market.
Based on your Market/Account/Consumer knowledge initiate projects that provides the organization with Tactical directives/tools from which Internal and/or External Business can thrive.
Provide Peers and Other Team Members with support in project related matters prior and after launch.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 4+ years B2B sales experience
* Demonstrated deal closing history in Sales career to date
* Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends (Digital and Physical Retail)
* Comfortable with conceptual selling while still able to demonstrate ROI
* Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement
* Excellent presentations and communications skills verbal and written. Fluent in English and Swedish is a minimum
* Analytical skills - ability to evaluate alternatives and recommend partner solutions
* Ability to challenge Status Que and drive innovation
* Ability to travel abroad.
* Someone that can easily adapt to change
* Leadership identity skills
* Min. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Can be compensated by relevant work experience
* Strong MS office skills (Office 365 would be preferred)
